The inspiration for my large scale animal paintings and paint/drawings comes primarily from dreams.

For most of my life I’ve had rather a lot of dreams featuring animals, and often they’ve been the very iconic animals – lions, tigers, (and bears!), plus a variety of whales.

So I paint them.
